Swing Check Valve is mainly composed of Body, Cover, Seat, Disc, Rocker, Pin, Bracket and Other parts.It is an Automatic Valve used to prevent the backflow of the medium on the one-way flow Pipeline, mainly relying on the pressure of the pipeline medium flow to open or close the valve by itself. It is a more commonly used Valve. Swing Check Valve in the Pipeline fluid medium is more clean and more suitable, not suitable for viscosity or containing solid pull conditions, otherwise it will lead to the Check Valve switch is not sensitive, can not achieve a complete seal, the fluid check is not firm. The medium of the Swing Check Valve is one-way flow, which can effectively prevent the backflow of the medium to prevent accidents.


Working Principle:

When the Disc of the Swing Check Valve is connected with the Rocker and Rotates around the Pin Shaft at a certain Angle, the medium in the Pipeline flows in the specified direction (from Left to Right), and the Disc is pushed away from the Valve Seat, indicating that the Inlet pressure is higher than the Outlet pressure, and the Valve is in the open state. When the pressure difference between the two sides of the disc decreases to a certain value, the disc falls back to the closed state. When the pressure on the right side of the valve disc is higher than the pressure on the left side, it indicates that the fluid flows in the reverse direction. At this time, the force generated by the pressure difference on both sides compacts the valve disc on the seat, and the fluid cannot pass through, indicating that the medium cannot flow back. Therefore, the greater the fluid pressure of the swing check valve, the tighter the sealing surface will be, and the better the sealing effect will be.
